Stages N1 and N2 are light sleep and we can easily wake up. In stage N3, we sleep more deeply and it's harder to wake up. Some people may also sleepwalk or talk in their sleep. The last stage is REM sleep. While we sleep, our brain sorts through information, replaces chemicals, repairs cells, and solves problems. Lack of sleep seriously affects our mind and body. It's different for everyone, but on average, babies need 16 to 18 hours of sleep, teenagers about 9 and adults about 7 to 8.The second I want tot tall you about dangerous animals.Spiders  Australia has some of the most dangerous spiders in the world. The dark-coloured funnel- web spider is one of the most poisonous. Its teeth are so strong that it can even bite through a shoe! If one bites you, you need Anti - venin very quickly. Sea creatures   Watch out for Australia's many dangerous sea creatures .. especially the box jellyfish.  Snakes  The ten most poisonous snakes in the world all live in Australia! The inland taipan is the most dangerous in the world.stronger than an Indian Cobra's.  Around rivers  The platypus may look cute, but the males havea poisonous spike on their back legs that they use in self-defence.The third I want to tall you about banya.People have always enjoyed m, not only as a way to kee clean but also to relax. Russian people enjoy bathing and the banya, or steam bath, is a very old and popular tradition in Russian culture. Even today, almost every village and town in Russia has its own banya. They usually have at least three rooms; an entrance, a washing room, and a steam room.It has rows of benches, a stove with very hot stones in it, and large buckets of water. Bathers take a ladle of hot water and pour it on the stones, fling the room with hot, dry steam. Bathers immediately begin to sweat and relax.They also wear special hats to protect their head from intense heat. Russian people believe that the banya is very good for them, and most health experts seem to agree. The forth I want to tall you about home remedies.Next time you wake up with a   throat or a few spots,perhaps you don't have to run straight to the doctor. There are many natural remedies hiding there. In the past, people had to use natural remedies to cure health problems. Garlic strong smell, but he can cure cold, flu and spots. Vinegar is a natural remedy. It's great for minor curs or itchy rushes and sunburn. Like garlic honey helps destroy bacteria. It can help you with cut or graze, insomnia. The fifth I want tot tall you about problems.Nowadays many people have to move around in front of a screen.Doctors say you mustn’t play too long.Earphones plays music directly into ear canal.Reachers recommended that you set a volume at a low level where you can still hear conversations around you. Using mobile phone you put bacterias to your skin and ears.Because of it people can get problems like acne or skin infections.Dermatologists say that you should clean a phone before using. If you spent too much time sitting in front of computer screen you can get problems like eye strain.You should relax sometimes-live a room with computer or just close eyes.What you like the most?

Hello!Today I won’t to talk you about seven films.I saw film with my parents.The first film was about smokejumpers.Smokejumper this people is very risky, because our work is very dangerous. They jump from planes and extinguish fires. They have a first aid kit and a backpack with food.The second film was about family of stuntman. The name of family Eppers .The youngest of them Matt.This family were shot in popular films.The most important stuntwoman of their great-grandmother.She have oscars.The third film was about Nik Porter.He was a scientist and believed in the existence of a UFO. Everyone can look for a UFO that sows interesting. You will need a telescope, cameras , camcorders.The forth film was about part-time work.This kind of work is common in the US. It's half a day's work and it's convenient for students at the university. They can also work in the summer and receive $ 15 an hour.The fifth film was about volunteer work.Nowadays a lot of young people taking on volunteer work.They travel to other side to help people or animals:Help to save endangered species,build houses for poor people,teach children English and take care of orphans. Many students choose learning children English or Math .Thanks for young volunteers, million people’s life became better because of them.The six film was about lake baikal.Lake Baikal in Russia is not   the world's oldest and deepest freshwater lake, it is also one of its top ice diving destinations. It is truly an amazing place of natural beauty and biodiversity and going there is the dream of many divers. The lake is host to 1085 species of plants and 1550 species and varieties of animals.The seven film was about diving.Sara sinks to a depth of 90 meters without scuba. She is the first woman who could do it. She has a gold medal and she set a world record.

Today I saw eight films.The first film was about Leonardo da Vinci.Da Vinci designed many working machines for war, industry and transport.Also Da Vinci painted Mona Lisa. It is very ppopular picture.The second film was about Pilgrims.100 people sailed from England for a better life in North America. Their ship was called the mayflower.Bad weather made the voyage very difficult and many people died.At first love wasn’t easy to Pilgrims .The third film was about myths and legends. In Brazil, the young man went to the river. He heard a beautiful song. And he saw a mermaid in the water. She was taken to the water by no one else who had not seen it.

 The fortn film was about Frida Kahlo.She is  artists. She was born in 6th July 1907 in Mexico.As a child Frida had a dream of becoming a doctor. When Frida was 21, she met the famous artist Diego Rivera. He recognised her talent and encouraged her to keep painting. .The fifth film was about Christopher Columbus.Christopher Columbus was born in Genoa. He is a navigator.In the 15th century it was difficult and dangerous to travel to Asia around the southern tip of Africa, but king of Spain gave him three ships.The six film was about great navigators.Kruzenshtern, Lisyanski and Rezanov. They wanted to the Chine. Tsar Alexander gave his permission. The voyage lasted more than three years.

Today I saw eight films with my parents.The firs film was about Krasnaya Polyana.Krasnaya Polyana is the most modern ski snowboard  resorts in Russia.  It stay in Sochi near the Black Sea. In height it 600 meters.  Snowfields up to 4000 meters.  The locals  are very friendly and the place is safe.  If you like skiing this place for you. The second film was about Summer in Sidney.Sydney in Australia is one of most famous and beatiful cities in the world. Sydney has long bridge , large zoo , cosy restaraunts , tall skyscrapers . Sydney have majestic Opera house and now is a UNESCO World Heritage site. You should go in Sydneys Observatorys and discover the stars. Sydney have the best zoo of the world - Taronga Zoo.

The third film was about Moscow.Mocow is the capital of Russian Federation and one of the best cities of Europe. It's full of visitors everyday. It's situated on the river Moskva. This city is full of monuments, sport stadiums, galleries, statues, parks and amazing streets. For example Tretyakov Gallery, Pushkin's museum or Kremlin. In the malls of this city we can shopping too long, because Moscow's malls are full of shops of good brands (Gucci, Armani or Prada). These places are the best for visitors I like my country and I like Moscow!

The four film was about having a great time.How can we spend time on holidays ? Of course we can stay in hotel .But time will be better ,if we will go outside .We can visit historical sites,go shopping ,,enjoy nature ,try local food and take a lot of photos.The fifth film was about how to be a responsible camper.Camping is fantastic way to explore the countryside and have fun, but you myst know some rules, First is "be prepared". Make sure you have all things what you need and if weather are bad you can postpone your "trip". Second rool is "carefuul wgat you eat". You must take many bottles of water. Don't eat wild fruits and berries. Third is "look after fires". You must look after your campfire. keep some water near your campfire. And fiths rool is "leave the animals alone". wild animals are beautifuls, but dangerous. Don't feet them and keep any food in containers. put any leftovers in sealed bin bags.The six film was about Yellowstone national park.A visit to Yellowstone National Parkia a wonderful adventure!This is why Yellowstone has more thermal pools, geysers, and hot springs then anywhere else in the world.Old Faithul is the most famous geyser in Yellowstone.It erupts every 90 minutes for up to 5 minutes sending water 30 to 60 meters into the air!The Grand Ganyon of Yellowstone.This is huge deep full of beautiful hiking trails and with spectacular views of Yellowstone is most impressive waterfalls Upper and Lower falls.Erupt.The last time this super volcano erupted was 640000 years ago.Some scientists think it is ready to erupt again but they don’t know exactly when.The seven film was about Sherwood.Are you looking for adventure? 1941, the Great Patriotic War began. Many people died.Boys went to the front away at the age of 18, the boys who wanted to avenge their relatives added themselves a year. Moms were crying. Children didn’t have parents it is very bed didn’t have eat. If modern people had gone to war, they would have understood how difficult it was there.  Now we remember this day only because we have may 9. On this holiday we congratulate veterans, give flowers. And remember their loved ones as heroes.  Of course, the holiday on May 9 is important for us. That day, we were released from the Germans.  Our defenders always defended people. Thanks to them we have freedom of speech, freedom of life.

With ma perents I treveled. The first place it is Roadside attraction. You can see big pineapple, dinosaur, the lion's head. In the Canada, Australia, USA. All these are largesr sizes. The second place it is The Garma Festival.  This annual celebration of Aboriginal culture is a call to all people to come together in unity .The third place it is Motherland calls.The Motherland Calls is a giant concrete statue on the hill of Mamayev Kurgan in Volgograd. It is a magnificent statue of a woman holding a large sword in her right hand and commemorates Russia's victory over the Nazi invasion during World War ll. The forth place it is art stales. I want to tell you about surrealism, impresionism and expressionism. Surealism was coined by the European group. This style was coined from the world war. Then Impressionism.  It was invented by people from France. This is a very unusual style. And is Expressionism. It was coined in Germany. The most popular artist who painted such paintings was Van Gogh.The fifth place it is Music massages.Tenje Isungest is a Norwegian born musician,but he play with ice . lsungset had been a percussionist playing drums in diferent bands for many years. He said that his interest in ice music began when he played at a concert held behind a frozen waterfall. He played with ice instrument on the Norwegian festival, on the Erope. The six place it is the terracotta army. In 1974 a group of fermers digged a well when they founded something strange. It was life-sizet statues of soldiers. these ststue was built to guard the tomb of Qin Shi Huang. Qin Shi Huang start to do that statues at 13 years old. Today his organization has around 80 schools In Asia.The Second folm was about oceans.There are five oceans- the Pacific, The Atlantic, The Indian, The Southern and Arctic Oceans.So, far scientist have recorded more than 23,000 species of living creatures and plants and that’s just underwater.Our oceans are full of amazing beauty, from colorful coral reefs of majestic whales! Unfortunately, pollution from factories is poisoning fish in our oceans, there are fewer fish every day.The third film was about disaster.1st February, 2010 The whole world is helping Haiti! Rescue teams have come from places as far away as lceland and China. We have cleared the main roads of Port-au Prince, though, so food and medical supplies should get through soon. Together, hopefully, we can rebuild Haiti after this awful disaster.The forth folm was about animal.All people love animals.Animals have own day in year.The name of this day : World animal day. On this day, people come to zoos with their children. People give food to animals.The fifth film was about siberian tiger.The Siberian Tiger is the largest cat spices on the Earth. Almost all wild Siberian Tigers live in the forest. It is a huge and powerful app animal than can grow up to three meters in length and weigh up to as much as 300 kg. It has large powerful legs that enable it to run at speeds of up to 80 kmph and its long hind legs help make it a very good jumper.The six film was about red nose.Red nose day- it's charity event what start one time in two years. Everyone want to rise money for famine in poor countries. In 2009  a group of pop singers record a song to raise money. supermarkets sell red noses. All profit from selling red noses come to charity.The seven film was about sea animals. There are more than 5 thousand species of animals. People kill animals and species disappear. If animal species become scarce on earth, they are called endangered. Pink river dolphin. This species disappears every year by 10%. There are 300 dolphins left. They got into the Guinness Book of Records. Cross River Gorilla. She also became an endangered species of animals. There are about 300 left. They are hunted. In the World there was only one individual of the turtle Loggerhead Sea Turtle. They eat packages and garbage that people throw into the sea.
